Warranty and knife care

Strong knife brands earn trust with clear care, repair and warranty expectations. This page gives TrailForge a starting framework.

Suggested warranty baseline

TrailForge can review defects in materials or workmanship for one year from purchase. Abuse, prying damage, rust from neglect, modifications and normal edge wear should be excluded.

Knife care

• Keep blades clean and dry after outdoor use.
• Oil carbon steel blades before long storage.
• Use a proper sharpening system and avoid overheating the edge.
• Check folding knife pivots, clips and screws periodically.

Future service idea

A sharpening or replacement-parts workflow would make the store feel closer to mature US knife brands.
